Portfolio mentorship
for Texas students
applying to art and architecture.
Bringing top-tier portfolio mentorship to Texas students through consultation and collaboration. Our counseling stems from actual studio experience, years of research, and attendance at the nation's top universities.
The problem
Traditional college counselors lack nuanced understandings of art/architecture programs, and have likely never constructed a portfolio before. That's a serious problem when it's the most important piece of your application.
The portfolio isn't just a collection of work, it's the foundation of your narrative and a visual representation of who you are.
Our solution
Strong portfolios are built on real, informed guidance from those with insight on the art/architecture admissions process; rather than recycle generic advice, our counseling stems from actual studio experience, years of research, and attendance at the nation's top universities.
Whatever your level of artistic experience, we are here to help you build, refine, and present your admittance-worthy portfolio.
Wherever you're starting from, there's a track built for you.
From a first sketchbook to a submission-ready portfolio — every student moves through one of two pathways.
Early Start
Tailored to middle school students or high school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors looking to begin creating portfolio works.
Best for: students with little to no existing portfolio who want to start developing a visual voice early, with time to explore before it's application season.
Where it leads: a growing, cohesive body of work and a clear head start heading into junior and senior year.
Review & Refine
Tailored to high school seniors with a pre-existing set of work looking to compile or finalize their portfolios.
Best for: students who already have work made and need help selecting, sequencing, and strengthening it into one coherent portfolio.
Where it leads: a submission-ready portfolio, written descriptions, and a narrative that ties the work together.
Coached by people who've done it.
Every counselor built and submitted their own admittance-worthy portfolio — most of them recently.
